Shipping Policy

Preparation and Delivery Times

All orders require 1 to 2 business days for preparation, during which they are processed, packed, and handed over to the shipping company.
Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 4 to 9 business days, depending on the destination and the courier’s workload.

Holiday Season Delays

Please note that during the Christmas period and other high-demand seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual due to courier overload.
We kindly ask for your understanding, as delays during these periods are outside our control.

Business Days

Please note that both preparation and delivery times are counted only in business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct before completing the order.
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned or destroyed by the shipping company, the customer must pay 50% of the total order cost again for us to resend the product.
This is because incorrectly addressed packages cannot be recovered and must be replaced and resent from our warehouse.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at thefullcycling@gmail.com with your order number.
Our team will handle the issue directly with the shipping company.
