Returns and Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
• Perishable goods
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Health and personal care items
To complete a return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
• Items with clear signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by our error
• Any return requested after the 90-day period for reasons outside policy
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund yet:
• First check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company, as posting delays may occur
• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.
EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us and send the item to our return address below.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged item to reach you may vary.
For items of higher value, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
